Learn More. >Pennsylvania’s Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) is seeking experienced presenters to share their expertise during the upcoming 2024-25 PA Pre-K Counts (PKC) & Head Start Supplemental Assistance Program (HSSAP) Grantee Meeting on April 30 and May 1, 2025. Each session will be 1.5 hours long and focus on data-informed practices, strategies, and lessons learned.
In addition to general content presenters, OCDEL is also seeking PKC and/or HSSAP program leaders who have demonstrated success in key administrative areas to lead or co-present on program-based content.
