Background
I hold an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Community College of Philadelphia, a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary/Special Education from LaSalle University, and a Master’s Degree from Chestnut Hill College. I am also a Certified Trauma Informed Professional through Lakeside Global Institute.

Experience
I have been working in the field of Early Childhood Education since 1988 in different capacities. Before coming on board to the PA Key in 2007, my experiences included:  Toddler Teacher, Child Care Director, Training and Curriculum Specialist, Adjunct College Instructor, CDA Instructor, First and sixth grade teacher, and Assistant Researcher where I was able share data for the CARA’s Kit. Additionally, from 1988 until 2019, I worked part-time on Sunday mornings taking care of children at a local church in Chestnut Hill that gave me great joy.

Fun Facts
I am married to my husband Carl with five bonus adult children. Carl and I love to travel and experience different things in life. We especially love Carnival Cruises. Bowling is the biggest sport that we are into, although, I just bowl on leagues for fun.

I love to write poetry and am learning how to play the guitar. My goal is to write a hit country music song- even if the song is just a hit for me.
