Learn More. >The Keystone STARS Policy team has recently worked with partner agencies to update the Keystone STARS Bonus Points Tip Sheets. The updated Tip Sheets are now live on the Pennsylvania Key website, on the Keystone STARS Resources page, Keystone STARS Resources, where are links to the Bonus Point quality initiatives.
Please be mindful of the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Tip Sheet as significant updates were made. Minor updates were made to the remaining Tip Sheets. Those with questions can contact their ELRC Quality Coach.
