Available Now: Certification eNewsletter, New Website To Offer Positive Benefits for Commonwealth Agencies and Partners

The Pennsylvania Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) Bureau of Certification has shared a new message via the Certification Services eNews.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania announces the launch of the new website dedicated to the Enterprise Licensing System (ELS) project.

The ELS is a multi-agency licensing and incident management system designed to replace and modernize the various licensing, permitting, registration, certification and incident management related systems currently used by four agencies:

• Department of Human Services (DHS),
• Department of Health (DOH),
• Department of Aging (PDA), and
• Department of Drug & Alcohol Programs (DDAP).

The ELS will be rolled out by Commonwealth Program offices over the next two years.

Stakeholders in impacted program areas will be notified when OCDEL is scheduled for rollout, ensuring they have ample time to prepare.
