Hello, Child Care Providers,
The reporting deadline for the 2026 Annual Child Care Immunizations Reporting Survey is quickly approaching. The Department of Health (DOH) appreciates those who have already submitted the survey and strongly encourages all other child care providers to complete the survey before it closes on August 31, 2026.
As a reminder, all licensed child care providers are required to report the immunization status of the children in their care to the DOH annually per PA regulations 28 Pa. Code § 27.77. Immunization requirements for children in child care group settings.
