The Pennsylvania Early Learning Investment Commission PA ELIC) will feature leading expert, Dr. Jack Shonkoff, Director for the Center on the Developing Child at Harvard University, at this year’s Early Learning Economic Summit on May 10. This year’s summit is on May 10, 2022, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and will be held virtually. PA ELIC will also recognize exemplary employers supporting working families and child care, as well as launch the Investments in Caring PA website, a toolkit for businesses designed to help support their working families and child care, from internal policies and practices to advancing the quality child care system.
