1. Log in or register on the PA PD Registry (papdregistry.org)
2. Click on “Find Training”
3. Enter the training ID below in “Event ID”:
   • Course 1 English: 371914
   • Course 2 English: 371950
   • Course 1 Spanish: 371975
   • Course 2 Spanish: 371976
4. Select the training and complete registration (no fee required)
5. Click the link to register in FIND-PD’s learning platform
6. Complete the training and your attendance will be verified
