Early Childhood Education (ECE) professionals submit credentials and degree information to the Professional Development (PD) Registry to receive verification and placement on Pennsylvania’s Early Childhood Education (ECE) Career Pathway to indicate current Career Pathway level in the ECE workforce, and to verify qualification requirements of various Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) programs.

High School*

  • Upload a copy of your diploma or transcripts.

Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential

  • Upload a current copy of your official CDA certificate.

Teacher Certification

  • Upload your current teacher certificate.

Credentials, Certificates, Diplomas
& Endorsements

  • Upload current documentation.

Currently Enrolled

  • Provide proof of Current Enrollment in an ECE program.

Higher Education

Transcripts are required.
  • Upload complete transcripts from the school(s) that contain- the name of the institution,
    - the student's name,
    - the conferred date,
    - the credits earned,
    - the grades,
    - all courses taken, and
    - the major obtained.
  • All foreign transcripts must have a course-by-course evaluation completed by NACES or AICE.
