
The Agency Administrative role will be granted by the Pennsylvania Key based on the Agency Administrator Request Form. Organization Profile Owners will receive emails to confirm access to their program.
Go to papdregistry.org.
Click Login in the top right corner.
Enter your email address and password, then click Login.
If you are the Profile Owner for the organization, you will have received an email from the PD Registry asking to approve access for the requester (example below).
Clicking ‘Approve Access’ will take you to your account where you will confirm the requester’s access by selecting ‘Approve Request’ (shown below).
Once approved, you’ll see the following pop-up with confirmation.
