How To Renew Career Pathway Placement

Profile completion and placement on Pennsylvania’s ECE Career Pathway is valid for one (1) year from the original date an individual is awarded a Career Pathway level. Individuals are sent an email reminder sixty (60) days before their renewal date. Individuals must renew their Career Pathway annually.

Login to your PD Registry account at papdregistry.org.

Click Manage/Renew Applications.

Click Apply/Renew.

Check Renew my Career Pathway box.

Click Next.

Click Review next to each to make updates as instructed, then click Save/Confirm for each section. If you are unable to complete all steps at once, you can return and finish later.

Personal Information Update as needed. 
Education Upload the required information.
Employment Update as needed. 
Training Update as needed. 
Professional Membership/ Contributions No information needed.

Review Application

  • Review information and ensure all items have been uploaded for review. 
  • Click the Term & Agreement Link 
  • Review/Agree to the PD Registry Policies & Instructor Agreement 
  • Click Agree to Terms.
  • Click Submit.
