Online Registration for Individual PQAS Instructors

Online registration will allow you to collect registration via the PD Registry and/or collect online payments from registrants. Instructors accepting payment via the PD Registry should be aware of the below system fees.

Application Fees

Online registration is a fee-based service provide by New World Now, LLC. Fees charged upon checkout to each training provider by New World Now LLC during checkout are:

$1.00 flat fee, plus 2.5% of total registration fees for all events purchased. 

Payment Processing Fees

Online payment is a fee-based provided by Stripe, Inc. Fees charger upon checkout to each training provider by Stripe, Inc. for online credit card payments are:

$0.30 flat fee, plus 2.9% of total registration fees for all events purchased.

*This is for individual PQAS instructors who are not approved under an Organizational PQAS.

If you are unable to access the Trainer Setting tab within the left-hand menu of your profile, please email pqas@pakeys.org to request this to be turned on. Once turned on, follow the below directions to set up online registration within your profile.

Log into the papdregistry.org.

Click Trainer Setting within the left-hand menu.

  • This will bring you to Trainer Settings. Here you will need to accept the Online Registration Terms and
    Conditions.
  • If you would like to accept payment via the PD Registry, please link a Stripe account. Learn how to create a Stripe account and more. >
  • If you would like to accept Alternate Payments, click yes and type in your payment instructions. Alternate Payments can be checks, payment over the phone, Venmo, etc.
  • Default Review Page Text can be used to save messages.

Click Save. If you have nothing else to edit, click No to exit.

You are now able to active online registration at the event level within your individual instructor profile. Please visit PQAS Instructors & Professional Learning Organizations (PLOs) resources to learn how to schedule an event with online registration.
