Clarification for Family/Group Child Care Providers Applying for the ARPA Stabilization Grant

Eligible providers (including Family and Group Child Care) applying for the  need both a personal account and an organization profile in Pennsylvania’s Professional Development (PD) Registry (www.papdregistry.org).

To create an account in the PD Registry:
  1. Visit www.papdregistry.org.
  2. Create an account in the PD Registry.

To register your organization profile and to receive a permanent Org ID#:
  1. Visit www.papdregistry.org and sign into your PD Registry account.
  2. Open the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of your profile.
  3. At the bottom of that drop-down menu, select +Organization Profile and click Create Profile to submit. Please do not enter an Org ID#. Approval takes approximately 2-3 business days to process.
