At the Council for Professional Recognition, we released updates to the education documentation required for CDA® training. In this Cafe Q&A, attendees learned what’s changing, why it matters for the quality of the credential, and how updated guidelines can better support educator preparation and advancement. Council leaders Abena Ocran-Jackson, VP of Credentialing and Programs, and Dr. Bisa Batten Lewis, Director of ECE Competence and Practice, led the conversation and took questions from the field.
