Learn More. >Once you are logged into the PD Registry, click the organization tab located in the top right hand corner context menu below your name.
Click the Keystone STARS/Grants tab.
Click the Quality Overview tab.
Click the Request Consultation tab on the left side of the screen.
Select one or more areas of service.
Select the appropriate subcategory based on the area of service and describe the area of concern.
Click Submit.
A pop up will appear showing that your request has been submitted. A representative from PHLpreK or Keystone STARS (Quality Coach) will contact you on next steps.
