What is an Agency Administrator’s role?

The Agency Administrator would have oversight of an organization’s profile and the associated documents. Specifically, this role is for those who oversee multiple sites providing care to children.

Who might be included as an Agency Administrator?

  • Individuals who oversee and act as administration for multiple sites 
  • Programs without a current director to oversee their organization 
  • Individuals who are not directly on-site 

Who would not be included as an Agency Administrator?

  • Individuals in direct care roles (i.e., Director, Assistant Director, Teacher, etc.) 
  • Those who have ownership of a single organization’s profile should not request Agency Administrator roles 

How do I become an Agency Administrator?

At this time, Agency Administrator rights are only granted through requests to the PA Key. 

Send an email to registry@pakeys.org  with the Agency Administrator Request Form attached.  It will include: 

  1. Request for Agency Administrator role 
  2. Signed assurances 
  3. Position/Role/Job Title 
  4. Organization with which you are employed 
  5. Organization IDs for which you are requesting access (MPI or Grantee number) 
  6. Organization addresses 
  7. Full name of person requesting access 
  8. Registry ID of person requesting access 
  9. Email address of person requesting access
