In 2025, the Office of Child Development and Early Learning and the Pennsylvania Key partnered with the Educational Credential Evaluators to develop a more accessible system for early childhood education workforce members who obtained their education abroad. Now, in its second year, the International Education Evaluation program has launched an exciting new opportunity for workforce members who are experiencing challenges obtaining original diplomas, transcripts, and degrees from the educational institutions where they obtained their education.
