Do you have a passion for early childhood education? If so, the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry’s Parents’ Association (LIPA) needs you. The Parents’ Association is officially seeking a dedicated licensed childcare provider to provide services for 47 children from ages 6 weeks to 5 years old who will be enrolled full-time in our newly remodeled childcare facility located in downtown Harrisburg, PA. The LIPA is committed to providing Commonwealth employees with high-quality, affordable, on-site, accessible childcare in a modern, convenient space. A childcare provider is being sought who shares the vision in creating a nurturing, safe, and innovative environment to help children learn and grow.
A mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. EST at the Labor & Industry Building at 651 Boas Street, Harrisburg, PA 17121 for all interested parties. During this site visit, all attendees will receive the Request for Proposal packet. Completed proposals will be due on Monday, July 6, 2026.
