The Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL)’s Rising STARS Tuition Assistance (RSTA) program (administered by The Pennsylvania Key) helps cover a portion of tuition costs for early childhood professionals.
This program has important deadlines quickly approaching for applications:
- Completed applications submitted before 4PM on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 will be approved and checks processed in January 2020.
- Completed applications submitted after 4PM on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 will be approved and checks processed in February 2020.
Please keep this in mind in regards to your tuition due date for your specific program.
Also note that The Pennsylvania Key is closed for winter break beginning Tuesday, December 24, 2019, until Monday, January 2, 2020. Any emails or phone calls during this time will be returned when the office reopens.
