Learn More. >Building and reinforcing early literacy skills is a key component of many programs offered to families and early childhood education (ECE) professionals by the Pennsylvania Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL).
These early literacy supports are provided to Pennsylvania families and ECE professionals through resources, training, and tools that foster strong language, reading, and communication skills from birth through the early elementary years.
