1. Free Initial Consultation

During the initial consultation, Creative Child Care Solutions (CCCS) will meet with your company’s team to understand the needs as they relate to employee recruitment, retention, and engagement. This process helps to get the big picture and is informed by the subsequent workforce survey.

2.Employee Workforce Survey and Landscape Analysis

This survey can be distributed to all employees and helps to define the true need as it relates to child care for your employees. We’ll also provide detailed information on what child care options are currently available to your employees. Together, these pieces will help pinpoint your company’s unique child care gap.

3.Analysis and Recommendations

The CCCS team will review the information gathered from the workforce survey and landscape analysis to help you understand your child care gap. Together we will explore the different options and make recommendations based on your data. Ultimately, your company understands your workforce best and can decide what, if any, strategies are feasible and manageable.

4.Fiscal Consultation

Supporting employees in child care solutions can take on many forms. Creative Child Care Solutions can support from foundational strategies such as pre-tax deductions up to and including supporting comprehensive strategies that may include opening on-site child care.
