|New Exemption in CDA Voucher Guidelines for Career and Technical Education Students

Beginning immediately, an exemption has been added to the CDA Voucher Guidelines. Students currently enrolled in a Career and Technical Education (CTE) program may submit documentation on school letterhead indicating you are enrolled and currently working in a STARS facility. Meeting the 20 hours weekly will be waived.

The Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential is the most widely recognized credential in early childhood education (ECE) and is a key stepping stone on the path of career advancement in ECE. The CDA Voucher program supplies payment for the CDA Assessment Fee that is required to complete the CDA Assessment process.
