Director Credential Applications

Applications can be sent to the locations below:

  • Mailing Address: PA Key, 200 North Third Street, 3rd Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17101.
  • Email Address: dircred@pakeys.org

(Please note that this is not an online application. All applications need to be mailed or emailed to the above addresses.)

Non-refundable fee:

  • Initial Application: $25.00
  • Renewal Application: $50.00

Payment Options:

  • Pay by check or money order. Payable to “PA Key”.
  • Pay online. Attach certificate of payment to application.
    • Log in to https://www.papdregistry.org.
    • Use left menu to click on Training Calendar.
    • Click on Course Catalog.
    • Enter 111493 for the Initial Application fee or 111494 for the Renewal Application fee in the Course Title, Competency, or Qualification box.
    • Click View Events.
    • Click View Register Online
    • Review information to make sure it is correct and agree to terms and conditions.
    • Add Event to Cart.
    • Click View Cart.
    • Click Check out by adding your payment information.

Please allow 60-90 days to process a completed application.
